Q. Why use TDEWAR instead of adding a new staff member?
A. If your budget allows, having a new staff member has some advantages.  However, consider the cost advantages of utilizing TDEWAR only as much as you need or want to spend – and HR headaches are a non-issue.

Q. I am not sure about working with someone who is not in my office – or even in my town!
A. We live in a connected world – and guarantee access with no more limitations than someone in your office. It is just that we may be on the phone or computer.  Conference and Skype calls are a frequent occurrence.

Q. What does TDEWAR know about grant givers?
A. The grant world is all about relationships. The knowledge we have gained about giving processes is deep.  We have helped donors with ideas, plans and solutions, allowing donors to focus on their missions.

Q. The grants we receive often are for program development with graphic and technical components, sometimes having printing and production needs. Can TDEWAR help us out?
A. Yes!  With an award-winning superintendent onboard, we can help build-out programs, curriculum and experiences.  With our graphic designer and printing sources, we can manage the full product development process.  If you are adding technology-based components to the project, we can handle that, too.

Q. We need a plan to follow – and often advice that we are doing the right things.  Can you help?
A. TDEWAR’s On-Demand-Consultingservices can become your long-term partner in on-call support. Ask us first – we will provide honest and creative responses that can get you moving in the right direction.

Q.  I have never outsourced this kind of work before.  What if I decide I don’t want to continue?
A. We hope that will not happen, but our Memorandums of Agreement always have an “out clause” to exercise.

Q. I know I need help but not at all sure how to piece it together.  What should we do?
